Sciences Night 2019

We participated in the Night of Sciences event series for the fourteenth time!

The research team was waiting for those interested with several exciting programs.
In four lectures, with the help of Tamás Sági and Kata Molnár, we illustrated with playful experiments what depends on whether hot lava flows from a volcano or explodes. Kristóf Fehér guided those interested into the mysteries of lightless electron microscopy. Tamás Sági presented the geological curiosities of New Zealand in a great presentation. We can also call the "rock-recognize" traditional, where visitors could learn about the work of a geologist, his research methods and the curiosities of the profession by interpreting Sándor Józsa, Réka Lukács, Bianka Németh and Barbara Cserép.
